Jasmine Taylor
Jasmine is the Director and Founder of Behind the Scenes Academy (BTSA), a creative hub shaped by her passion for performance and her commitment to helping young people grow in confidence.
With 19 years of global performance experience — including touring internationally as a professional singer and seven years performing in 5★ establishments across the UAE, where she received multiple awards, she brings a wealth of industry knowledge to her teaching.
She is trained in performing arts and music at Brooklands College, with additional teacher training at Stagecoach.
Her teaching journey began as a Stagecoach tutor in 2013, where she discovered her talent for nurturing students individually and meeting each child’s unique needs. As Head of LAMDA at Feltonfleet, Jasmine has built thriving departments and leads a wide range of extracurricular programmes, including Musical Theatre workshops, songwriting sessions, Disney Singing Clubs, and dynamic group performances.
Alongside her educational work, Jasmine continues her creative career as a recording artist, writing and releasing original music while developing her debut album. She also lends her voice to commercial, character, and musical projects as a professional singer, voice actor, and former radio presenter.
Grounded, encouraging, and dedicated to helping others shine, Jasmine embodies the true spirit of performance in every aspect of her work.

Megan Tracey
Meg is a passionate musical theatre performer and teacher who graduated from Laine Theatre Arts with a BA (Hons) Degree in Musical Theatre in 2025.
She has been involved in the performing arts since the age of six and is dedicated to inspiring the next generation of performers.
Alongside her performing experience, Meg has also taught and delivered performing arts classes for over 5 years, she is experienced in teaching Singing , Acting and Dancing as well as LAMDA.
She is passionate about creating a supportive environment where every student can build confidence, develop their skills, and discover a love for the performing arts!

Rowan MacKillop
Rowan is a performer and teacher from Scotland and studied for her BA(Hons) in musical theatre at the Institute of the Arts Barcelona and later for her Masters at Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts in London.
Rowan has performed in pantomimes, on cruise ships and toured both nationally and internationally and loves to pass on her knowledge and experience of the industry onto the future generations.
She has been teaching across the country for many years with a passion for nurturing young talent and is really excited to work with all the fantastic children involved with BTS Academy and watch their confidence grow week after week.
